Cosimo in Store Return Policy
Items purchased in store may be returned within 30 days for store credit (good news, no expiration!) provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached, at our stylists' discretion. The following items are considered final sale and will not be accepted for return: beauty, fragrances & candles, intimates, jewelry, shoes, sunglasses, swimwear, and sale section selections. Found a defect or damage before using? That's on us, not you! Bring it back regardless of category. A receipt or account name is required for all returns… we love you, but we don't have your purchase history memorized. In a pinch? We'll reason! Ask your stylist before purchasing how we can best support your fashion whims, wishlists, and emergencies. Otherwise, if you used our fitting rooms, time, and expertise, we probably don't owe you one ;)
Cosimo Online Return Policy
Ordered online to try at home? We get it. If it doesn't fit or you simply don't love it, we'll accept returns for a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of delivery (not order date — we know shipping takes a minute), provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached, at our discretion. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Prefer a different size or color instead of a refund? Just say so — we'll happily exchange it for you at no extra shipping cost, subject to availability. An order number or account email is required for all returns or exchanges.

Welcome to Cosimo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at shopcosimo.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Cosimo is operated by Cosimo LLC, located at 6 E Liberty Parlor, Savannah, Georgia, 31401 ("Cosimo," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide us is accurate and current.
2. Products and Pricing
- All product descriptions, images, and pricing are presented in good faith, but we do not warrant that they are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors, and to cancel orders placed as a result of such errors, even after an order has been confirmed.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be added at checkout where applicable based on your shipping address.
- Because many items are curated, handmade, or produced in limited quantities, availability is not guaranteed and colors or details may vary slightly from photos shown online.
3. Orders and Payment
- Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or insufficient stock.
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Cosimo is not responsible for delayed or misdirected shipments resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
4. Promo Codes and Discounts
- Promotional or discount codes are valid only for the time period and terms specified at the time they are issued, and may be discontinued or modified at any time.
- Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, cannot be applied retroactively to prior orders, and have no cash value.
- We reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order if a promo code was applied in error or used in violation of its stated terms.
5. Shipping
- We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.
- Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Cosimo is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
- Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
- Shipping costs and any applicable order minimums for free shipping will be displayed at checkout.
6. Returns and Exchanges
- Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
- To start a return or exchange, contact us at hello@shopcosimo.com with your order number.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [hello@shopcosimo.com]with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
8. Account Registration
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the Cosimo name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Cosimo and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' accounts;
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including through malware, scraping, or automated bots;
- Use false or misleading information when placing an order or creating an account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including brand partners featured in our store). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosimo and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cosimo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Chatham County, Georgia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
