Sabah’s best-selling shoe is cut from a medium brown saddle leather with a lived-in, slightly distressed finish that works with just about everything you own. The thick, natural hide is drum-dyed and semi-veg, so it builds a richer patina with every wear, while a water buffalo leather insole slowly molds to your foot. Handmade in Gaziantep, Turkey and fully leather-lined, it goes from beach to bar with or without socks.

Fit tip: Sabahs are meant to feel snug at first, with toes reaching the end of the shoe and a bit of pressure (but not curling). The leather relaxes and molds with wear, usually within a few weeks. Choose the size in the menu that matches your usual US or EU size, and if you’re between sizes, size down.
